Florian working his way back up to a title shot

Kenny Florian, with his impressive win over Joe Lauzon last week, has once again moved up the ranks at 155 towards a title shot. Most likely a bout with Roger Huerta is in the works for Florian, which would make for a remarkably entertaining lightweight battle. Florian's dedicated to be the best is evident in his training. Extreme workouts, coupled with top notch BJJ, striking, nutrition as well as strength and conditioning coaches have all areas covered. Crossing the I's and T's are a constant theme in Florian's training. Case in point, going to Denver many days earlier to fighting and adjusting to the region gave him a comfortability with the elevation and allowed him to enjoy the luxury of having ample gas in his bout with Lauzon. Florian definitely has singular aim of being the best in the world at 155 and really backs up that dream by putting everything in his power to achieve it. Bright things absolutely loom in the horizon for Florian.
