Hughes will mull over future

After suffering a defeat to Thiago Alves Saturday night, Matt Hughes will mull over his future in the sport. “I don’t know what to say about these young fighters that are just as good as they are, GSP and Thiago is who I’m naming here”, commented Hughes after the defeat. “A lot of things run through my mind, I don’t know what to think or what to do right no, I know I’m going to ge hom, see what’s wrong with my body a little bit maybe, and get healthy and then Dana and I will talk about the future for me.”

Most likely Hughes will return to the Octagon to fight Matt Serra. After that there's a good chance he'll hang up his MMA gloves.
