Mir vs Nogueira prediction

The Ultimate Fighter 7 is underway and at the end of the tourney the two coaches, Frank Mir and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira will duke it out for heavyweight supremacy and the interim heavyweight belt of the UFC.

Here's a quick breakdown:

Striking- Advantage goes to Nog. A strong chin and good boxing technique.
Grappling- About even and will likely cancel each other out. Slight edge to Nog.
Wrestling- Pretty close. They can both take one another down.
Cardio- Mir has had problems with this both Nogueira doesn't seem to tire. Advantage Nog.
Octagon Experience- Mir has more UFC bouts and cage experience.
Overall Experience- Nogueira has about 3 time as many fights and been through every sort of imaginable adversity in the cage.

The Outcome- Noguiera comes in as the favorite. If it goes into rounds 4 and 5 he can potentially outlast Mir.
