Tanner/Okami prediction

I really am glad to see Evan Tanner back in the middleweight division in the UFC. He lost to Rich Franklin twice, one at 205 and once at 185, but with Franklin now without the title, Tanner can work his way to a title shot. Only problem is he's run into Yushin Okami his first fight back. I am not sure how this fight will play out, but I have to give the edge to Okami. Tanner has been out of the seen for a bit. He's been touring the states and experiencing life traveling the road and meeting new people. Tanner hasn't fought since April 2006, while in that time Okama fought 9 times, went 7 and 2, only losing to Jake Shields and Rich Franklin. Okami has gone 5 and 1 in the UFC during that span. While Tanner has the heart of a lion and can take a huge amount of punishment and find ways to win, I just think that Okami is a bad matchup for him his first fight back. Either way the outcome has some positive potential matchups in the future. If Tanner wins it instantly solidifies him as a contender again at 185. If Okami wins and Anderson Silva defeats Dan Henderson, Okami and Silva have a rematch. Either way, it should be an interesting bout between Tanner and Okami, and give an indication as to where Tanner stands at this juncture of his MMA career.
