This is a tough one but I'll go with Dan Henderson over Michael Bisping in this battle between TUF coaches. It once again goes down to who can dictate where the fight goes. Bisping has some good takedown-D and will no doubt have it sharpened to the highest degree against Henderson for their battle July 11th at UFC 100, but Henderson has been an outstanding wrestler and one of the best MMA has seen, so you have to assume that he'll be able to secure takedowns most time he decides to take things from the mat. From there he's savvy enough on the ground to avoid subs and throw in some decent GnP from the top position.
Standing up both fighters are good. Power wise Hendo has the advantage but Bisping is quite aggressive and technical in his own right. Not that Henderson lacks aggression on the feet, he is perennially being aggressive and keeps moving forward against opponents in the standing position. It will be pretty even standing up but the wrestling advantage in this fight gives Hendo the edge.
Hendo by decision after a close 3 rounds of action.
