UFC champ BJ Penn has "too many friends" on Facebook

I tried adding BJ Penn as a friend on Facebook, but got the message "BJ Penn has too many friends." I didn't realize they had a cap of 5,000 friends on Facebook. MySpace had no limit on your social life on their site, which led to well documented cases of large amounts of friends, such as comedian Dane Cook, who has an excess of 2 milion pals on the social network.

BJ Penn has maxed out at 5 grand friends. We'll see if Facebook lifts their cap any time soon.
